UPSSSC Recruitment 2026
A total of 1,829 vacant positions will be filled in the UPSSSC Recruitment 2026 recruitment drive, including 223 Auditor positions and 1,606 Assistant Accountant positions. Of these 1,829 positions, 223 seats are reserved for Auditors, while 1,606 seats are reserved for Assistant Accountants.
Educational Qualifications
To apply online for the Auditor and Assistant Accountant positions, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from a recognized university and a valid Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy.
Additionally, candidates must possess an ‘O’ Level Certificate in Computer Operations or an equivalent recognized diploma.
Why is the PET-2025 score required?
To apply for this recruitment, candidates must have a valid PET-2025 score card. The Commission has clearly stated that only those candidates who have appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) and possess a valid score card issued by the Commission can appear for the main examination.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the main examination based on their PET scores. Candidates with zero, negative, or absent scores in PET-2025 will not be eligible for this recruitment.
UPSSSC Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The minimum age for applying is 21 years, and the maximum age should not exceed 40 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) as per state government regulations.
Candidates selected for the UPSSSC Recruitment 2026 positions will receive a salary of ₹29,200 to ₹92,300 per month under Level 5. They will also receive dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA), medical benefits, pension, and other government allowances.
